Mini crane and vacuum gripper on complex glazing in Vsevolozhsk

So, the mini-crane of the company Arlift SPX527 and the vacuum gripper Arlifter GS-500, made a complex installation of a heavy double-glazed window weighing 450 kg at one of the objects under construction.

The main difficulty of installation was that the glazing was made directly from the inside of the house, since access from the outside was limited by a fence and trees. Only an Arlift crane could handle this task. Thanks to the modern stabilization system, the crane can work on absolutely unsuitable surfaces for other cranes. The built-in intelligent system demonstrates the operation of the crane: the operator can control the departure of the boom and the weight of the load being lifted. Work both from the internal combustion engine and from the network (380V) allows you to work both inside and outside the room.

The Arlifter GS-500 vacuum gripper, developed by the company, is designed for lifting glass and sandwich panels weighing up to 500 kg. Thanks to the functional features of the equipment, which allows you to turn the glass from the transport position to the mounting position, working with the vacuum gripper is not only convenient, but also practical. This feature allows you not only to save time, but also to work on a limited space.
