Installation of large-size double-glazed Windows

Premium-class cottage settlement, designed in a modern architectural style "Chehoff", is actively being built in the village of Beloostrov Vsevolozhsky district.

One of the main advantages of the village houses is the large — scale floor-to-ceiling glazing, which not only opens the view, but also allows you not to miss the rare rays of the sun for our region.

Heavy, large-size double-glazed windows weighing from 600 to 800 kg were installed using the equipment of the ARLIFT company: the ARLIFT-F/R-1500 vacuum gripper and the SPX527CDH mini crane.

Difficulties were not only in the weight of the double-glazed windows themselves, but also in the features of installation - protruding balconies limited the actions of technology. But where an ordinary manipulator can't handle it, the unique ARLIFT equipment comes to the rescue. 

The SPX527 mini crane with a load capacity of up to 2.7 tons, thanks to its compact size and remote control, which ensures maximum accuracy and smooth operation, made the installation of all double-glazed windows without damaging the finished structures.

The ARLIFT-F/R-1500 vacuum gripper is designed for mounting flat and radial translucent structures weighing up to 1500 kg. Automatic 360°rotation allows you to rotate the glass without re-gripping, and the double-circuit vacuum system increases the safety of installation.
