Technique: Vacuum gripper Arlifter GS-500

The use of professional equipment at the facilities is the key to the success of the entire construction. First, modern equipment allows installation without deformation of the material, and secondly, it significantly accelerates the entire process, thereby saving time and human resources.

Before the equipment of the company Arlift, vacuum capture Arlifter GS-500, there were several tasks: installation of sandwich panels and facade glazing.

Vertical installation of panels up to 8 meters long was performed by a team of 4 people, the main difficulty was that the work was performed at an altitude of more than 10 meters.

Installation of glass (weighing up to 300 kg) took place in windy weather, this did not prevent the technique to easily cope with the task, as the vacuum grippers Arlifter, thanks to the built-in drainage system, can perform work in all weather conditions (rain, snow, hail).
