Arlift company installed glass in the Mega shopping mall in the Republic of Adygea

Task: To install large-sized glass with dimensions of 4x2 meters and weighing up to 500 kilograms

Implementation:
The equipment of the company ARLIFT is not the first time working in the shopping and entertainment complex "Mega". For several years, the company's equipment implements projects for the construction of these complexes throughout Russia.

Previously, the following worked at the facilities of the Mega shopping and entertainment complex:

• Jekko SPX1040, SPD360, MPK20, SPX527 mini-cranes
• vacuum captures ARLIFTER GS-500

This time for the implementation of the task, it was decided to use a glass robot Winlet 575, which required to install large-sized glass with dimensions of 4x2 meters and weighing up to 500 kilograms.

The features of the glass-robot are:

• Able to tilt the mounted object 180 degrees
• Controlled by a convenient remote control, equipped with various indicators to monitor the operation
• Equipped with 4 suction cups for a more reliable “setting” with the surface
• Low weight - 1.3 tons, which allows you to move around the surfaces without damaging them
• Continuous rotation without interception through 360 degrees

Only the ARLIFT technique was able to cope with the task in such a short time.
