Installation of glass weighing 1000 kg in a private house

Installation of large-sized glass at a height under the visor is never easy, but modern technology can significantly speed up and simplify the process. So, for installation of heavy glass weighing more than 1000 kg in Pyatigorsk used Arlift vacuum gripper-F/R-1500, which is designed for mounting flat and radial-glazed Windows weighing up to 1500 kg. At the moment, this is the most lifting vacuum device in the Arlift rental park.

The presence of unique traverses with a counterweight allows to observe strictly vertical position of the glass and installation under the hood, and automatic turn —off to turn glass from the transport position into the mounting without recapture.

To increase the level of safety, a double — circuit vacuum system is provided on the equipment, and a remote control is provided to speed up the work. In addition, the device also provides radio control of the counterweight, which makes it possible to move the counterweight along the guide.
